Validity and contract

The following terms and conditions apply to all purchase contracts between us and the customer in their, valid at the time of the order. By ordering the goods / performance, the conditions are considered accepted. Different or other arrangements are not binding for us, unless they have been confirmed by us in writing, even if we do not expressly contradict them. Data protection We collect, process and use your data only within the framework of the statutory provisions.

Prices

All prices are net plus for valuable VAT and shipping costs. The prices specified by us in offers, price lists and online shop are not binding for us. Decisive are the prices mentioned in our written order confirmation.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs refer to 1 package. For higher quantities: shipping and freight costs after expenditure. We always ship uninsured. At the request of the purchaser, the shipment can be insured against offsetting. For deliveries outside Switzerland, additional costs for customs clearance.

Delivery times

Most of our products are individually configured. The delivery takes place unless otherwise stated within 14 working days. Available products are shipped within 3-4 working days. The deadline for delivery in the event of payment in advance of advance on the day after successful receipt of money on our account and in all other payment methods to run the day after conclusion of the contract. If the time limit falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends the next working day. Delivery and performance periods are only binding for us if they are expressly agreed in writing. Conditions

The customer has the possibility of payment in advance and on account. Customers from abroad as well as first customers are only supplied against prepayment.

Payment in advance

If the customer elected payment in advance, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.

invoice

We offer you the payment by invoice as customers. Together with the goods you get our bill with the right bank details. Payments on account must be made within 30 days from the invoice date without any deduction. If a set payment period is exceeded, we will calculate interest in the amount of 8% above the base rate, subject to the assertion of further damage. In case of late payment and reasonable doubts to the solvency or creditworthiness of the purchaser, we - without prejudice to our other rights - is the responsibility to require collateral or advance payments for outstanding deliveries and services or to make supplies and services only against cash on delivery or prepayment and all claims from the business relationship immediately due to deliver. Only undisputed or legally established claims entitle the purchaser to set off or retention. The customer may not extend against us.

Property and copyright

The goods remain our property until full payment. At all drawings, designs, switching schemes and cost estimates, we reserve the right to ownership and copyright. The same are entrusted to the purchaser personally and may not be made accessible to third parties without our written permission, nor copied. The pictures, mass and other information belonging to the offer are only approximately decisive, as far as they are not expressly referred to as binding.
